OUR SOLUTION

Greenme supported MEPAT through a comprehensive ESG assessment, activation, and strategic planning process tailored to its industrial context and level of maturity.

The engagement began with an ESG due diligence process combining internal information analysis, risk and opportunity assessment, benchmarking, materiality analysis, and stakeholder engagement. Based on this assessment, an in-person workshop was held with different business areas to validate priorities, align perspectives, and foster internal engagement.

Greenme then worked with MEPAT to develop a structured ESG strategy with objectives, actions, KPIs, and implementation timelines. We continue to support the company during implementation by developing policies, management tools, regulatory readiness, and the progressive consolidation of its internal ESG framework.

The challenge

As sustainability becomes increasingly important in the industrial sector, companies must move toward a more structured ESG approach capable of addressing new regulatory requirements, the expectations of domestic and international customers, and growing demands for transparency from stakeholders.

The integration of environmental, social, and governance (ESG) criteria is becoming a key factor in strengthening competitiveness, trust, and resilience in increasingly demanding industries, especially for industrial companies operating within complex and regulated value chains.

In this context, MEPAT sought a clear understanding of its current ESG position by identifying strengths, gaps, risks, and opportunities, while defining a roadmap to progressively and realistically integrate sustainability into its strategy and operations.
